I don't see a checkout button in the shopping cart. How do I check out?

When we are experiencing warm weather, we may require a cold pack to be included with your shipment. Please look for "You must add the box Free Cold Pack to your Shopping Cart before checking out." in the cart (directly under the total). Click on the underlined link "Free Cold Pack" and add the item to your cart. Then the checkout button will appear.
